⏩Ingredients for the sautéed potatoes (3 Servings):
600 gr of chambray potatoes.
3 to 6 cloves of garlic (I use 5 cloves of garlic).
1 tsp of Chile Flakes.
pinch of ground paprika.
2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil or normal.
40 gr of Butter.
1 handful of fresh parsley or fresh coriander.
Salt and pepper to taste.

⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1. Use the amount of garlic you prefer but remember to fry separately as I show in the video so that the oil and butter take on the flavor of the golden garlic.
2. Instead of parsley you can use fresh cilantro or chives.
3. Also, since you have fried the potatoes with garlic, you can add a sauce that you like.
