This cheesy sausage breakfast casserole is the perfect recipe to make for breakfast or brunch. I often make this for my coworkers or when I am feeding a group of people. Everyone loves it and you will too!

Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 can crescent rolls
1 pound mild breakfast sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp of each: salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Butter or Spray 9 x 13 dish with cooking spray. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of dish, pinching together all of the seams.

Cook breakfast sausage and drain well. Top crescent rolls with cooked sausage.

Beat 6 eggs well and add seasoning. Top sausage with beaten eggs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. This recipe is a real crowd pleaser and feeds a large group.
