Samsung refrigerator been making grinding noise due ice buildup around copper pipe .

Use it for the refrigerator, set it to be in off mode for 30 45 minutes to allow ice build (at the cooling coil), to melt off. Personally did this for over 2 years +

Also remember to vacuum the dust built up at the vent on the side bottom of the refrigerator.
Also pull entire refrigerator out, unscrew the metal plate at the back bottom and clean the built up dust inside.
