Sam Smith took to the stage for a surprise performance a special rendition of “Him” and Grammy AwardWinning global hit, “Unholy”, having received the inaugural Cultural Innovator Award. Sam wore a custom black dress designed by Vivienne Westwood, as they entered the stage accompanied by a choir of 28 singers.
