FOR COCOA COOKIES / for approx. 26 pcs /
• GF flour blend for cookies (I used Schär MIX C Pattiserie) (140g | 1 cup + 1 1/4 tsp)
• sugar, powdered (125g | 1 cup)
• cocoa, powder (50g | 1/2 cup)
• lard (125g | 1/2 cup + 2 2/3 tsp)

FOR VANILLA COOKIES / for approx. 22 pcs /
• GF flour blend for cookies (I used Schär MIX C Pattiserie) (190g | 1 cup + 5 1/2 TBSP)
• sugar, powdered (110g | 3/4 cup + 2 TBSP)
• lard (125g | 1/2 cup + 2 2/3 tsp)
• vanilla sugar (15g | 3 2/3 tsp)
