In a desperate attempt to legitimise trail hunting the BHSA have been on TV stating the claim that hounds go mad for the scent of clove oil (?!!) cut to footage of hounds quite obviously not going mad for it. Yikes.

Quickly followed by Julian Barnfield stating " ' ℎ , . ℎ , ' ℎ, ' ℎ ℎ ..." it must have slipped their mind that Barnfield himself did them no favours when he was convicted of illegal fox hunting in 2012. Awkward.

We can only hope that the next Government are paying attention and that a proper hunting ban, that is properly enforced (we're looking at you Warwickshire Police), is forthcoming.
