Checklists are critical, especially when you're new. It's easy to fall out of the habit of following a checklist when you get experience. Kudos to those who have mastered the art of actually having the checklist with you when you need it! In our case, we're strict when it comes to the process. We follow the same steps in the same order every time, no matter what. In this episode, we start out in Titusville, FL, near the Kennedy Space Center, before making our way down to Sebastian Inlet State Park. We made these reservations months ago and couldn't believe that we were able to keep them between the first and second Crew6 launches. Sometimes these things just line up!
Sebastian Inlet State Park was nice, but we liked Long Point (in the same area) just a tad bit more. The entire coastline is incredible. The only drawback was the noseeums that pretty much ate us alive! We noticed many outdoor "sitting tents," and if we traveled in Florida often, we'd get one for sure.
