New for 2021, the 100 mile course has over 6,500 metres of elevation gain, taking runners from the banks of the St. Lawrence River to the top of MontSaintAnne through beautiful boreal forests and technical single track trails. While Quebec might be known for its extremely cold temperatures in the winter, in the summer runners could expect heat and humidity. My girlfriend Audrée and I couldn't pass up the chance to run what would prove to be one of the most challenging races in Canada.
