I uploaded a video showing how I built the Thein Baffle at a friends shop. The system was not complete but the collector modification was. I tried to show that it worked. I took a box full of saw dust and had the system suck it up. There was a spot when you can a poof come out the exhaust. I seen it in editing but left it in because if you do suck a box full of saw dust you might get some out the exhaust. I have gotten more comments about the inefficiency of the system than anything else. So I bought an air quality meter , disconnected my exhaust and made a barrel of saw dust in 30 minutes. The air never got bad. There are times that it might. That is why I vent to the outside. After seeing the result I may just add a filter. I have not because I did want to eighter have to spend money replacing it or having to clean it. With the small amount that may make it through I think I could go over a year without having to clean a filter. This could help with the A/C. I will make another video when I add the filter.
