Tiny Taz the 10yearold Yorkshire Terrier has been picked up by animal welfare officers. He is incredibly malnourished and missing teeth. The vets give poor Taz a body condition of 1 out of 9 which means he is in dire trouble, it's a long road to recovery for tiny Taz.
