In this video I build a router table and dust collection box to install into the extension wing of my table saw.

I used a JessEm RoutRLift II router lift with a Bosch 1617EVS 2.25 HP router in the new table.

The dust collection box has a fresh air inlet to provide dustfree air to the router for cooling. I'm hoping that this will increase the life of the router motor by preventing dust from being sucked in.

I use the CNC some in this video because along with traditional woodworking, I really enjoy digital fabrication. However, everything made in this video can easily be made with conventional woodworking tools.
