This week I am making a new Tiki classic, the Rough Seas. Cheers.
Rough Seas
3/4 oz Orgeat syrup
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Ginger syrup
1 oz Jagermeister
1 oz White Rum/cachaca
56 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Half lemon (squeezed), rum, cinnamon, fire, for garnish
Ginger syrup:
1/2 cup Ginger juice
1/2 cup Sugar
Heat the ginger syrup to a simmer, pour in the sugar and dissolve. Transfer to a container and cool.
Yield: 910 cocktails
