Wineries, breweries, good food, oh my! Take a road trip to Charlottesville, VA. We recently spent a few days eating and drinking around this charming college town located in central Virginia.

Eat a Cubano sandwich near UVA at Guajiro's Miami Eatery, take a virtual trip to the Philippines at Little Manila, indulge in southern cuisine at Maya, and treat yourself to an elevated casual dinner at Public Fish & Oyster.

There are also plenty of breweries and wineries to choose from. For the plant lovers: head to Rockfish Brewery and pick up some plants at Fifth Season Gardening next door. Also, no trip to Charlottesville, VA, is complete without a trip to Blenheim Vineyards. You may get lucky and run into Dave Matthews himself.
