This riff on a 17th century punch is all fall and winter vibes~

The ingredients in the Agricole Rhum Punch recipe are readily available at your local big box liquor store and each adds a great layer of complexity to the drink. Like most punches, it’s well balanced and easy to make.

Rum Agricole Punch Recipe:

¾ oz of Liber and Co. Classic Gum Syrup (or ½ oz of Martinique cane syrup)
2 oz of rhum agricole
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
⅛ oz of allspice dram

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice and shake vigorously until ice cold and pour all contents into a rocks glass.

For garnish we used a half slice of orange with some nutmeg grated over it.
