We rewired the 120v electrical system so it could accommodate our new inverter.

We bought an RV. We bought a used 2001 Fleetwood Expedition Diesel pusher. It is in great shape. But we decided that we wanted to spend some time remodeling the interior. It's the perfect time for a project like this anyway since almost everything is closed at the moment anyway.

We bought a new inverter and some new batteries. So it was finally time to rewire the RV so that we could install some of the system. In the future, we will have a 24v DC system with 12800 watt hours of storage. We also are planning on putting solar panels on the roof to help keep it all powered.

The first step was to figure out how the currently installed inverter and batteries were wired. Then we needed to rewire the setup to fit our needs. After that, the system would be ready to go in and be energized.
