This has got to be one of my most favorite pieces for 2024 do I say that a lot? haha This is a creation using a marbled base and them swiping with just black and white on top. I love this outcome and really like the balance of this piece.

Today's Tutorial Information:

▶ Technique: Swipe

▶ Pouring Medium formula: My paints are mixed with a pouring medium and water. I use good quality paints that have a good binder. My pouring medium is Owatrol Floetrol. I use a ration of 1:3:1 paint: pouring medium: water. You may have to adjust your ratios depending on the paint brands you use.

▶ Color Palette:
Amsterdam Titanium White, Lamp Black, Azo Orange, Venetian Rose, Nickel Titanium Yellow.
Pebeo Iridescent gold mixed with Australian floetrol
Winsor & Newton: Cadmium Red Hue

▶ Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.
