I'll demonstrate the use of McKees Cargo liner and Mat restorer product. This cleaner is supposed to break down the dirt and grime , which makes the mats look restored to New Like Finish. Spray liberally onto the dirty mat, let is dwell for 30 seconds, agitate ,rinse then repeat if needed. Otherwise, dry them and reinstall the mats into the vehicle.
