In this video, I walk you through the simple 'a la minute' execution of a restaurant style shrimp scampi. This video purposefully leaves out the pasta to give you a good understanding of the universal process of sautéing, deglazing, and emulsifying a pan sauce.
Next week we'll be releasing a video walking you through the "Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta" dish we conceptualized in our Scampi Breakdown video using the FSTEP Worksheet, and then the week after that, we'll be releasing a shrimp scampi video that incorporates pasta.
