Chicken Qeema Kabab Recipe
‍ Ingredients:
600g Chicken
1 Big Onion
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the onion and green chillies. Clean and mince the chicken.
2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onion, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste.
3. Seasoning: Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, and black pepper to the mixture.
4. Blend & Marinate: Mix everything thoroughly, ensuring the spices coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
5. Shape the Kababs: Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into kababs.
6. Cooking: Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Cook the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon wedges.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
