Rescue 50 responding to a medical assist in the Lancaster County Park. We were dispatched to help EMS access a patient with a back injury in the park. After crews found the best way to access the patient, they were able to walk out with EMS and the crew from Engine 643. At first there was an issue with the dispatch that we had no pager or siren activation. Soon after a few of us realized there was a call we got to the station and had county redispatch it.
