The shrub sprays along this sidewalk were getting busted off by a skateboarder so I suggested that I replace them with popups on swing arms. Normally I unscrew the riser from the tee or elbow and screw the swing arm elbow directly into it but the original installer glued the riser assembly (GRRRR!!! Don't do that!). So I executed plan B by gluing an elbow onto the riser I cut.
