Repellant and Nonrepellant insecticides...

You've probably heard these terms to describe certain insecticides, but what exactly do they mean and how do you know which one to use? In this video Ken will describe the differences between the two and which insects are better treated with Nonrepellants.

Repellant insecticides are great for creating a barrier and keeping insects out of your home, but some insects (like ants, termites, etc...) are very determined to get inside your home. If there's something inside that they want (food, water, or wood), they will sense the repellant insecticide and go around it until they find an exposed entry point.

That's where nonrepellants come in. Nonrepellants won't alert pests like that, thus causing them to cross the insecticide and bring it back to their colonies as intended.
