Today I am going to show you this Renogy DC to DC / MPPT product that I really like and why. What is a DC to DC / MPPT Charger? It charges your house battery as you're driving down the road and the M P P T charge controller will manage your solar. While the vehicle is on the Dc to Dc will take voltage from your alternator and solar panels to charge your house battery. Then when you turn off your vehicle it will use the solar to charge your house battery and your starter battery.
