A simple and all natural way to remove fungus and diseases from your trees is to use 3% hydrogen peroxide. I have not had to retreat the trees since I removed the initial bulk of things. But I have also treated the trees (all my plants) afterwards with 100% Neem Oil as well. Neem oil works great on all my plants, produce and trees to keep bugs and stuff away. I highly recommend the neem oil, be careful because some are not 100%. I put a link below to my favorite brand of neem oil. You will need to dilute it. I actually have a one gallon spray for the trees/shrubs/plants.

When I originally made the video I thought it was black rot, but some say it's lichen, whatever is was, it came off and the tree looked great afterwards.
