Marriage can be a joyous time but in the case of remarriage, we sometimes have to consider what happens to those that were in our lives before we met our new partner. In some cases, setting up trusts in remarriage makes a lot of sense but while many people will insist on a trust, there are actually some scenarios where a trust isn’t entirely necessary.
