It is important that every single day is a proactive approach on tackling your anxiety issues and working on improving yourself.
Having an anxiety or panic disorder can be very depressing and often demotivating so it is important to start the day off right in order to have enough energy and time to deal with our daily lives and struggles.
Implementing a strong structure with positive habits and stress coping mechanisms is key for anxiety recovery.
In this video I will talk about why I wake up at 4:30 AM every morning and what I do with these important hours before the day starts.
