Red Flags in Dating

You have plenty of 's.

I have plenty of 's...

We ALL have plenty of 's.

But here's what you need to know about 's:
They're here to help us to determine something that doesn't feel right
They're to maintain our boundaries and our selfdignity
They're there to tell us a clear message about what we need to do next
They're there to help us identify the patterns in our behaviour that aren't working well

You could see countless 's in the people around you but the most important thing to do is to RESPOND to them.

We spend so much time worrying about upsetting the people around us or ignoring OUR 's that we end up in the same dysfunctional patterns with our romantic partners.

In order to actually be a better dater and a more responsible human being, we need to identify our own 's to help us be more mindful of how we're hurting our dating and impacting our chances at making love work for us, not against us.
