Got a call from Dorchester County sheriff's office, which is a neighboring county to Berkeley County (where the car was stolen) that they found our 1957 Chevy BelAir abandoned in a cornfield. They stated that an anonymous caller, called in a suspicious vehicle in the field. The car is unscathed, for the most part some light scratches on the roof from the tree it was parked under but should buff out, not even any items missing from out of the vehicle. . . Seems it was just taken for a joyride, but smashing a window to gain entry into a garage and other circumstance just seems like a lot for just a joyride? not sure that was their original intentions, what do you think???
