Have you replaced the front bumper on your Disco? Depending on the year and model you may have had to relocate the window washing fluid tank from the wheel well to inside the engine bay. We did this with our 2001 Disco 2. After splicing wires and relocating the tank, the fluid wasn't coming out when the window washing button was pressed. Fortunately for us, the solution was simple bend the wires! Hopefully, this fixes your rear window washing fluid issue.
