This is quite a recent launch. Well before the disastrous cutoff low that just hit so hard here in southern KZN. The sandbank across the mouth of the Umzimkulu was super shallow this day. Making for a few circles as we tried to spot a break between the little 1.5m swells.
Eventually one came after a set filled the bay up slightly. But we only got through after some high speed running from a breaking wave.
Non stop action from start to finish on this launch.
