We cannot heal in a stressed body, as the body and brain are constantly in a sympathetic state: stress hormones, stressed physiological conditions compress and block every aspect of you. And don't worry if you fall asleep and also there's no concern if you do not consciously understand the chakras. Not only is it the 80 95% part of your brain but it also has that unspoken wisdom that knows more than the "higher" part of the conscious brain.
