In honor of the Texas Rangers’ appearance in the World Series, ACU is sharing this brief history of the organization with Rangers fans everywhere. This engaging 20minute video, led by John Blake, executive vice president of public affairs for the Rangers, is part of the Baseball History and Culture course ACU developed for the Rangers earlier this year. Blake has spent a career in major league baseball and was recently inducted in Rangers Hall of Fame.

In 2022, ACU launched an educational partnership with the Texas Rangers called RangersU powered by ACU, which offers online academic courses for players, coaches and staff interested in enhancing their leadership development, professional skills and knowledge of all things baseball. In the summer of 2023, RangersU extended its reach by offering academic content from these player pathways to the general public through RangersU Public Courses.
