In the future, the greenhouse effect intensifies, the environment deteriorates, and people are forced to build and relocate to underground cities. Scientists painstakingly develop temperatureregulating agents and construct underground trains, hoping to lead everyone back to the surface to rebuild their homes. However, on the day of the emissions plan, mutated giant lizards descend and wreak havoc, toxic gas spreads, and disaster strikes... The survivors, led by train engineer Wang Ge, embark on a desperate journey for survival.
