Ramsey County Judge Paul Yang sentenced 20yearold Detwan Allen to just over 30 years in prison for the fatal shooting of 22yearold Alex Becker. “When you really look closer at the evidence, it’s like you guys are hunting,” said Judge Yang during sentencing.
