Please read through the provided instruction sheet prior to installation:

1. Assemble receiver bases to wheelchair armrest tracks or seat tracks. Follow the steps in the included instruction sheet (RMRINSWCT1). Both bases must be installed to either both armrests or both seat tracks; this kit cannot assemble to only one armrest and one seat track.

2. Loosely assemble screws and nuts from hardware pack onto both posts. Do not fully tighten. Proceed to insert and secure both posts into receiver bases on chair.

3. Using three points of contact, prebend flex rod to the desirable configuration. Ends of the rod must be able to align with the posts on chair, but additional curves and positioning will vary based on user preference. Once configured, insert prebent rod into each post. Important: Any intentional bending of flex rod must be done while not connected to wheelchair.

4. Install RAM® Torque™ Ball Base to the desired location along the flex rod using the provided hardware. Follow the steps in the included instruction sheet; use the "47" inserts for this kit.

5. Remove flex rod with ball from the posts. Cut and insert tubing to properly accommodate the placement of the installed ball base

6. Reconnect flex rod assembly with tubing to the posts. Rod ends must be fully seated and visible in the post openings. Fully tighten post hardware.

7. Connect and disconnect rod with posts from the receiver bases to ensure a quick and easy connection.
