The video shows the replacement of the humidity sensor (8U0 955 559) installed in the car with 2zone air conditioning for a rain, light and humidity sensor 5Q0 955 547 A. Optionally other sensors can also be used, e.g. 5Q0 955 547 (supposedly it also allows activation of „rain closing” function), 5Q0 955 547 B.
Replacing the sensor allows (after changing the code) to activate the automatic activation of lights after dark and wipers in the rain. This also requires the replacement of a light switch (in our case 5E0 941 431 F) for a switch with the "Auto" function, e.g. 5E0 941 431 D (used in Octavia), 5G0 941 431 BD (used in VW Golf VII).
In our case, we managed to put the sensor on an old gel. If the gel is damaged during disassembly, or the sensor adheres badly (an error may appear in the control module), it must be replaced with a new original (catalog number given on the film) or try another one, e.g. shown in the film    • PMA/TOOLS SensorTack® 1  .
