Corrections/clarifications:
1) The GDI Watchtower from C&C 3 Tiberium Wars is also equipped with railguns by default.
2) The Orbital Strike is most likely not a railgun derived weapon system, and instead is more like the "Rods from God" concept, which is a form of Kinetic bombardment.
