This film was produced by the RAF in September 1945 to commemorate "The Battle of Britain" which had been fought 5 years earlier in 1939 .World War 2 had just ended. Festivities and ceremonies were held throughout the U.K, including at airfields where the public could visit aircraft that had played key roles in the Air War. The documentary also features archival footage of important aspects of the Battle, including aircraft like the Spitfire, airfields, radar, and command and control centers.
Several RAF aces are shown at the very end of the film. Group Captain
James E. 'Johnnie' Johnson is one of them. Can you identify any of the others?
