When you're conducting a performance review as a leader, there are certain questions you should ask. You should never dive into a performance review (or an annual appraisal) without preparing questions in advance. When you have looked at all these angles, you will have a much better understanding of your employee's true performance at work and you will be able to evaluate them better.
