Today I cooked a MONSTER pork butt on the @NapoleonProducts Prestige Pro 500 gas grill. I used the Napoleon smoker box accessory to generate smoke for this pork throughout the cook and the results were excellent! With a three or four burner gas grill, it is quite easy to do indirect heat low and slow cooking!
