When you are ready to move up from juggling to more read and respond training, this is the place to start. When you are on the ice, the pucks placement is not predictable and it certainly does not rely on you placing it is just the right spot (the way juggling does). The puck will do what it wants and you will need to respond to that with the correct movement.

Although not nearly as unpredictable as getting pucks fired at you on the ice, these three drills will make you focus on the ball and select the correct response.
