These recordings have been deemed necessary for archiving by the Royal Technocratic Dominion regardless of completion of the formal audit. This third log demonstrates the creation of a heavy energy weapon and how to keep its sensitive components safe on the battlefield.

Key Findings:
The Fidlar is a heavy classification mech. This defensive fighting platform will have a high load capacity, including large and numerous armaments, thick armor, and strong engines. This log captures the use of sensitive energy weapon equipment being utilized for a portable laser cannon device, which is assumed to eventually be powered off of nuclear energy. No signs of third party tampering have been captured in this footage.

Project Fidlar is being monitored by the International Auditing Commission as original work of Shen’s team within Aegis Mechatronics and is considered proprietary technology of aforementioned parties.
