PRODUCTIVE FALL EVENING ROUTINE | cosy and realistic night routine after busy 95

//This is my productive autumn evening routine. I have a corporate job so this is how I relax and reset on a rainy autumn evening with my after work routine. I finished work later than normal on this day, so this is my shorter after work evening routine where i commute, cook dinner, shower, focus on skincare and meditate before bed. A good evening routine sees double the benefits, it both helps you unwind after a long day and also sets you up for success for the next morning. A productive 95 after work night routine is nonnegotiable for me especially one that helps me maximise on sleep and rest! and keeping it simple and realistic is key.
