It's time for another weekly grocery haul! Today we start our No SPEND July! The rules for my challenge are simple... no purchases except the following:
1. Dairy
2. Produce
3. Exceptions Tortilla Chips, Olives and Instant Potatoes (if they are on sale)

I also take you on a tour of all of my pantry spaces and my refrigerators and freezers! We need to clear out some items to make room for new items!
