As a company we've always built custom homes, but from what we've learned after almost 10 years of designing, prefabricating, and installing wall, roof and floor panels for superinsulated, airtight enclosures, we knew we could bring the advantages of prefabrication to more folks by standardizing a lot of what we do. It started with standardizing design, shop, and installation processes, but it's evolved to standardizing home designs too.

We launched Collective Homes in the spring of 2022, and the first home went up that summer. We couldn't have asked for better clients, a better general contracting partner, or a better spot for this first home.
