On August 18th20th a huge swell combined with high tides to create the perfect conditions to damage the Southern California Coastline. One particularly vulnerable area is Capistrano Beach where this footage was taken. Events like this are happening more frequently due to rising sea levels and coastal erosion and beachfront infrastructure is taking the hit.
