Air Fried 6 Lb Pork Loin with baby potatoes in Better Than Bullion Garlic, Butter and Italian Herbs... at the same time using the 2 level cooking and the Air Roast function on the new Ninja SMART XL PRO AIR OVEN with the temperature probe... and as always it did an excellent job... this would make an excellent dish for anytime or your Thanksgiving table...I used Melissa's baby Dutch potatoes and a medley of another brand for some added color...
Also...I take y'all to the grocery store with me where i show and try to explain the differences in a pork loin and a pork tenderloin...I hope it helps some people because i didn't understand the differences myself for years...
