Recipe:
1 medium onion

500 grams pork belly
250 ml pineapple juice
250 ml water or pork broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
5 grams salt or to taste
2.5 grams black pepper or to taste
5 ml dark soy sauce
