I bought the porch Potty Premium off a lady used for about $120, retail I think is over $350. I just had to buy new artificial turf for about $80, My dog “Poke” loves it & the sprinkler system is pretty freakin cool.

The actual build of this thing is very basic so I’m sure if someone else wanted to build a really nice one out of wood and PVC pieces I’m sure that wouldn’t be difficult at all.
