Is it possible all this suspect wanted was a hug? KCBS in Los Angeles tracked a police chase from the sky. The pickup truck was reportedly stolen and an officer tried to pull it over. Even with a cop car on its tail, the driver was seen going the wrong way and crossing multiple lanes while turning.
